Making Life Delicious

That’s what I’ve been making for the last few months; making my life delicious! After changing my career path, after months of drooling over pictures online, surfing millions of interesting blogs, and expanding my cooking and baking horizons, I did it. I did it again! I started writing a new post (yeah, just the right time after my lappy got fixed because of the hard disk problem).  It's been a little difficult recently to sit down and blog, but I have finally found a quiet moment to share with you all my latest obsessions. I hope you decide to join me for the ride.
To confess, I really enjoy eating but not really into cooking ( most of us love to eat!). But lately, somehow I love to cook and baking. It's been great being able to cook and bake especially for my hubby and son. I begin to try and experimenting with the new recipes. And luckily it's all yummylicious (yes, I realize that I'm overwhelming about my own cooking). It was that good, and I dare-say it. I should thanks Nigella's because she really inspired me to cook. Yup, I really wish I have my own kitchen like her and a pantry like Chef Michael Smith's home, owh ... what a perfect kitchen for me!
I have to tell you my current and all-time-fav desert obsession ... macaron! It's particularly a Parisian pastry, more precisely it's a small heavenly thing that you can put in your mouth. Like many other people, I have become obsessed with the macaron. The extraordinary range of flavours presented in a vast rainbow of brilliant colours, really captured my attention. I was hooked and began to appreciate that great macarons are not necessarily just a bundle of sugary sweetness. I decided to catalog some of amazing macaron treats that caught my appetite over the past few months. I had a lot of fun testing any macarons I saw that left me salivating, hehehe. If you love macarons, you have to check out all of these wonderful pictures.

My favourite macarons:
* t forty two
* whisk

t forty two: always in my heart and tummy

t forty two macarons, erm yummy

Look so fluffy but not so yummy!

Delectable: oversize macarons

Whisk: petite macarons and the taste are just nice. They even have the red velvet flavour!
