What's Cooking Tonight?

Are you like me, lost in the kitchen? And so, I have decided that every Monday, I will post on 'What's Cooking Tonight?'. Now many of you may cook every day anyway and some may cook regularly, the hardest part of my day is when I get home and everyone (my hubby especially!) is immediately hungry. I cherish cooking and prefer home-cooked meals, but I don't like to cook much during the work week. And yet, dinner has to get on the table. My solution: make-ahead meals that I prepared mostly on the weekends and ready-made ingredients (such as chopped garlic, blended chilies or Rendang paste). This cooking/ preparation style saves me time and it makes my life simpler. I always doubling recipes, likes pasta, and put in sealable plastic bags which I divided into small portions.
Cooking as easy 123!
Chopped garlic is a must-have-ingredient in the kitchen!
Okay, so talk about tonight,  to banish the Monday blues away, I have decided to try this recipe from Nigella Express's show. The recipe called 'Caramel Croissant Pudding'. It's really easy recipe ideas that you can make in a flash (hope this is the right term to use). I hope you can get an ideas on what's to cook for tonight.
Nigella also think this recipe should be for every Monday night's supper. I'm totally agreed with her!
It's a great time to experiment with some new recipes! Enjoy this clip on how to cook the Caramel Croissant PuddingHappy cooking!
